It also offers free parking, which is a big plus.

3. Parque Xca-Ha — Urban Oasis with a Family-Friendly Cenote
📍 Location
Accessible via Avenida Chemuyil, across from an Infonavit building, in the Villamar neighborhood, Playa del Carmen.
🏞️ Description & Highlights
This ecological and recreational park features four swimming pools, water slides, palapas, lounge chairs, benches, decorative animals, and a semi-open cenote (Cenote Xca-Ha) at the end of the main path.
The water shifts in color from blue to green depending on sunlight and surrounding vegetation. Visitors are allowed to bring their own food, drinks, and coolers. There’s also a small shop on-site and an Oxxo convenience store nearby.
